DESCRIPTION

Clear Water Pilsner is our take on a classic Bohemian Pilsner. It was brewed as part of the AZ Pure Water Challenge, and is made using reclaimed wastewater, which is filtered and treated to a level that far exceeds the quality of drinking water.

Bohemian Pilsner is classic style that can only be brewed with very soft, high-quality water.  It is a really simple beer - it is made from a super simple grist, very traditional hops, and a classic Czech lager yeast. Because there are so few ingredients, the quality of each is of critical importance. Our version is crisp, with a clean, cereal-like maltiness. The bitterness is just enough for balance, with a nice spicy note from the Saaz hops.
