Unihopper - single hop pale ale
DESCRIPTION
The Unihopper is our rotating single-hopped pale ale. Each time we brew the Unihopper, we use the same sturdy pale ale base as a launchpad to showcase an individual hop variety. As you might imagine, it's a bit of a hop-bomb--and that is exactly the point. Your taste buds have been warned.

Our most recent Unihopper series release features Ella hops. Ella is a new Australian hop variety, known for tropical, grapefruit, sometimes and sometimes spicy aroma—we also see some peppery and earthy notes.
