Brewed to support the totally awesome non-profit organization BICAS (Bicycle Inter-Community Art and Salvage), this an English-style Brown Ale. It's pale brown in color, with a nutty, bread-like flavor. It has a hint of English hop aroma, and subtle caramel and fruit flavors... BICAS Brown is a great way to replenish your depleted body after a long ride, and pairs perfectly with comforty foods like chicken pot pie, or an open-faced turkey sandwich with gravy. Or anything with gravy.
