Blanche De Ventana
DESCRIPTION
This collaborative effort between local brewers (Dragoon, 1055, and Pueblo Vida) was brewed specifically for release at Casks & Cooks. Blanchede Ventana is a revival of a historical Louvain-style wit bier. It features bright acidity followed by a pleasant crackery wheat character and a dry finish—perfect for warm weather in June. Made with locally grown orange peel and White Sonoran Wheat from BKW Farms in Marana, Blanchede Ventana was soured in the kettle with Dragoon’s house lactobacillus strain and finished off with a dose of coriander to provide a complex background. Enjoy it while you can!
PAIRINGS
Try it with Chiva Risa's fresh goat-milk Chevre on sourdough toast.
