DESCRIPTION

Our first collaboration with our good friends at Wanderlust Brewing, Comb the Desert is a black German-style Lager (or Schwarzbier for short) brewed from malted barley grown right here in the Southern Arizona sunshine (we couldn't find any grown on the Moon of Vega). It's just blacker than all get-out, with a clean, malt-forward flavor featuring coffee and milk chocolate notes.

Grist: Malted Barley (grown in Arizona), Black Prinz, Crystal 60, Chocolate, and Munich malts

Hops: Us Magnum and Hallertau Mittelfruh
