DESCRIPTION

Say hello to Domingo, our newest--err, first ever-- fruited sour. It begins as a traditional Berliner Weisse style sour ale, with loads of blueberry added at the end of fermentation. The fruit sugar is fermented out, leaving a tart, fruity, and refreshing poolside quencher. Domingo is named for our main man Ryan's boy Dominic, and pairs perfectly with Sunday Funday and lemon sorbet. Oh yeah, and it's purple too...
