Lemme tell ya what this Melba Toast is packing...No School IIPA is a classic take on the American Double IPA, brewed with some newer hop varieties. She's heavy on bitterness and hop aroma, but packs enough body and mouth feel to balance and support that business. Try it with (blue) cheese and crackers or vanilla ice cream. All right?
