Fumacabra
DESCRIPTION
Fumacabra is a German-style Bock, made from a blend of Munich and Pils malt, with a wee touch of the acidulated and debittered black malt. The pronounced smoke character comes from mesquite smoked malt from Hamilton Distillers.
PAIRINGS
Try Fumacabra with Chile Colorado or Smoked Brisket. The smokiness pairs will with an aged gouda or mild, creamy blue.
