Infringement Pils
DESCRIPTION
Regulars in our taproom may have noticed a short, strange, bearded man wandering the brewery around the end of April. That was Adam Schmeichle, the award winning Head Brewer from Fate Brewing Company in Scottsdale. We brewed a collaboration together, which we're calling "Infringement Pils." It is a hoppy lager, brewed exclusively with registered hop varieties (Amarillo®, Simcoe®, Warrior®, Palisade®, El Dorado®, and Citra®). It is hoppy for sure, though not terribly bitter. It was dry hopped twice, once with a boatload of El Dorado®, then again with a blend of Amarillo® and Simcoe®. Then we dumped 4 lbs of habañeros in there with all those trademarked hops. Just 'cause. The beer features bright hops, with a low, subtle warmth from el habañero. It is available at Dragoon, Fate, and select accounts around Arizona.
PAIRINGS
Infringement Pils packs a lot of flavor into a sessionable package. It goes great with herby pizzas (think arugula & prosciutto), and jalapeno poppers.
