DESCRIPTION

Palomino IPA is made from a simple grist of Pilsner, oat, and crystal malt with generous additions of Mosaic, Centennial, Armadillo, Citra, and Galaxy hops. It's the beer of the horse -- a beer for freedom and speed--the 7th specialty IPA we've made at Dragoon, in our 7th year of operation. Our bar manager (Ali Palomino) has been trying to get us to brew this IPA since her first anniversary with us... 4 years ago. Enjoy!
