PEDAL goon
DESCRIPTION
We brewed PedalGoon Grodziskie -- a traditional Gratzer-syle beer (aka Grodziskie) -- with our friends up at Pedal Haus in Phoenix. It is a medley of big, intense flavors in a tight little package. It's a session beer, weighing in at 4.6% abv, packed with smoked wheat malt flavors, noticable bitterness (about 28 IBU) , and a minerally, carbonic finish. It's made mostly from oak smoked wheat malt, with a bit of Pilsner Malt and locally grown White Sonora Wheat. It's everything you'd expect from a Polish historical beer style: not particularly sexy, but rich, interesting and rewarding if you give it a chance.
