DESCRIPTION

Refraction: n. the fact or phenomenon of hop aroma being altered in passing obliquely through the interface between the glass and your mouth. This Classic American Pale Ale is crisp and fresh--with a simple malt bill and big hop aroma. It jumps out of the glass with bright aromas of citrus, tropical fruit, and graham cracker. It goes great with all kinds of food; try it with queso fundido or a fried chicken sandwich.
