Barrel-Aged Saison Blue w/ Brett
DESCRIPTION
Our 2014 summer seasonal, aged 11 months in tequila barrels, and blended with the same batch aged in stainless steel with Brett. The result is a complex, fruity, and lightly oaky mouth pleaser. The tequila is subtle, but the Brett character lends noticable tartness and an unmistakable dry finish.
PAIRINGS
Try this with a simple plate of grilled Whiskey del Bac Fennel sausage, Humboldt Fog, pickled carrots, and rustic bread.
