St. Pats Stout
DESCRIPTION
St. Pat's Stout is a traditional Dry Irish Stout -- it's made from a blend of 5 malts, with the addition of flaked and roasted barley. It is lightly hopped with Styrian Goldings. At the end of the day, St. Pat's is a smooth, coffee-like stout with a complex malty flavor.
PAIRINGS
St. Pat's is a great table beer, pairing well with a wide variety of foods, especially comfort fare like Shephard's Pie, Creamy Mac 'n Cheese, and (of course) roasted potatoes.
