Toonie
DESCRIPTION
Meet Toonie, our version of an Abbey-style Dubbel. A picture of simplicity, this beer is made from just a few ingredients, but packs big complexity. It is full of bread crust and toffee flavor, with a low earthy and spicy hop character that is complemented by a bright spiciness from the Belgian Abbey yeast. It is (of course) named after the Canadian two-dollar coin. 'Cause why not.
PAIRINGS
Toonie was made for to enjoy with gravy (avec la sauce, as they say in Quebec), so go ahead and try it with some poutine. From a local food truck perhaps? (Zany Beaver, we're lookin at you)
