DESCRIPTION

The Unihopper is our rotating single-hopped pale ale. Each time we brew the Unihopper, we use the same sturdy pale ale base as a launchpad to showcase an individual hop variety. As you might imagine, it's a bit of a hop-bomb--and that is exactly the point. This batch features Belma, from Puterbaugh Farms in Washington. It is known for a subtle citrus, tropical, melon and strawberry flavor/aroma profile. It's great all on its own, but also pairs well with all sorts of pub food like burgers and brats or pizza and wings.
